Set in the heart of Brighton lanes you will find this stunning converted mews house, just behind Sydney Street.
Whilst in the centre of all the hustle and bustle of Brighton's best shopping area, Majestic Mews is set in a security gated small cobbled mews, with only four houses, so you can guarantee peace and quiet after a long day on the beach or a perfect nigh'ts sleep after a night out, with only the sound of the seagulls to wake you up.
You enter the property at ground floor level where you are greeted by an ultra modern entrance hall and floating open plan wooden spiral staircase to the first floor.
On the first floor you land in the fantastic open plan living room, kitchen diner, with large period windows to let the sunshine in. This room contains a double sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen wall mounted 42'' TV, high speed wifi and a fully equipped kitchen where you really can treat as a home away from home, if you're eating in, with free tea, coffee and sugar supplied. Also on this floor is the double sized shower and bathroom, with free toiletries and fresh towels for each guest.
Back to the spiral staircase and up to the 2nd floor, houses two double bedrooms with great views across the City. Bedroom 2 has a velux window and black- out blinds for a great night's sleep, with a zip and link large double or two comfortable single beds. The huge bedroom 1 contains a triple bunk bed as a double bed on the lower deck and a single on the upper and a further single bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Luxury accommodation at a price you can afford, this is a great property for groups, family holidays and business travellers alike, sleeping up to 8 guests in 6 seprate sleeping positions.
Several Car parks are located within a few minutes' walk of the property, all with varying rates. We recommend using Trafalgar Street Car Park which is not only the closest, but the most secure and £18 per 24 hours.
Due to the spiral stair case, this property is not suitable for toddlers or very young children under 4 years old and is not wheelchair or limited mobility accessible.
We hope you enjoy your stay at our apartment, however this is a residential building and therefore we ask you to please respect our neighbours and our apartment by observing the following house rules:
1. No smoking inside the property or directly outside the property in the mews. If you wish to smoke, please walk to the end of the mews on to the street. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the mews, will be deducted from you deposit, if you do not follow this house rule.
2. No music or loud TV after 10.30pm & before 7am.
3. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
4. No pets without prior authorisation.
5. Please note check out is by 10am unless arranged in advance. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests. You agree to being charged a late check out fee of £25 per hour or part thereof, if you are not vacated by this time.
This property requires you to pay a deposit of £200.00 on booking. This acts as a Booking Deposit until you enter the accommodation at which point it becomes your refundable Damage Deposit for the property.
If no deductions are to be made for damages/cleaning we aim to return the damage deposit to you 7 days after departure from the accommodation.
