Based on the second floor of a grade 2 listed building, Beach View Apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which will comfortably accomodate 6 people. The apartment is perfect base for a short self catering stay to get away from it all or longer holiday in our City.
Just metres away from the beach and some great restuarants and traditional pubs, 10 minutes walk to central Hove, a 15 minute beach front stroll to Brighton's latest atraction, the British Airways i360 and a further 15 minutes walk onto the pier and all of Central Brightons attractions.
This property is in a residential building that is noise sensitive and therefore not suitable for stag and hen parties.
One of the double rooms as an ensuite bathroom as does the single room.
The second large double room also has a fold up single beds. This property also has a separate communal toilet.
We believe this property is most suitable for families, business travellers and couples.
On-street parking is available nearby for £5.20 per day.

2. Please keep any noise down after 10.30pm & before 7am.
3. Please leave outdoor shoes outside the apartment door.

This property requires you to pay a deposit of £200.00 on booking. This acts as a Booking Deposit until you enter the accommodation at which point it becomes your refundable Damage Deposit for the property.
If no deductions are to be made for damages/cleaning we aim to return the damage deposit to you 7 days after departure from the accommodation.
