High end fully integrated appliances are fitted in the Kitchen, even a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules, also, tea, coffee, sugar milk and cereal are also provided.
A 50" UHD 4K TV with Freeview, 4K Blu-ray player and a hard drive connected with a 2TB selection of music/movies/tv shows for you to choose can be found in the lounge area, together with an extending solid oak table with 4 chairs, plus a double sofa bed.
The large double bedroom fitted with a top quality carpet for comfort and dimmable lighting runs of the right side of the hall. A king size bed with luxurious orthopaedic pillow topped mattress for both ultimate comfort and support, finished off with luxury high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and high quality, luxury bedding. In the room together with a selection of reading books are an iPod docking station, and DAB digital alarm clock. Hairdryer, hair straighteners and a travel adapter plug can be found in the dressing room drawer, and if you fancy a little exercise there are 3 x 3kg weights to try before getting on the electronic scales. In addition to the kin size bed in the bedroom this apartment has a double sofa bed in the lounge so can accomodate up to four guests.
To top it off on the left of the hallway the luxuriously fitted shower room is fitted like a top stylish hotel. A dual waterfall/rainfall shower above, also with hand held attachment, the shower enclosure is just what you need for pure indulgence, along with Hugo Boss designer towels, flannels and quality soap, shampoo and shower gel.
There is a private off street parking forecourt at the front of the building with space for 4 cars. A parking permit is provided to use one of these spaces. Parking permit is available on check in day from 3pm. The parking spaces are not guaranteed but on a first come first served basis.
In the outside cupboard there are 2 mountain bikes for guest use at a cost of £15 for the entire stay. (Payable on arrival)

This property requires you to pay a deposit of £99.00 on booking. This acts as a Booking Deposit until you enter the accommodation at which point it becomes your refundable Damage Deposit for the property.
If no deductions are to be made for damages/cleaning we aim to return the damage deposit to you 7 days after departure from the accommodation.
